Often, depending on the quality of the glass and the effect wishing to be obtained, just laser engraving not laser engraving followed by sandblasting is often the best choice for glass work. At Laserworks we work with our customers to decide if it is neccessary to sandblast a glass after it has been laser engraved.
Essentially laser engraved glass images will be finer and on the surface whereas sandblasted glass will have more depth
